Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup yoghurt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
For Garnish
- 1/2 cup chocolate chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Colourful sprinkles

Instructions
- Pre - heat oven @180 c for 10 minutes
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat softened butter on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in vanilla essence,yoghurt and beat well
- Then add in the sifted flour ,chocolate chips and give it a good mix..
- pour into the greased mini bundt cake tin and bake @ 180 c for 20 minutes.until tooth pick inserted comes out clean..
- After baking allow it to cool..
- Melt together chopped chocolate and butter and transfer to the piping bags and fill the middle space of the mini cake and sprinkle with colourful sprinklers
